Cu-3.0Ni-0.75Si合金時(shí)效析出動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:為研究Cu-3.0Ni-0.75Si合金時(shí)效過程中沉淀相的析出與長(zhǎng)大規(guī)律,及其對(duì)合金硬度的影響,采用渦流電導(dǎo)儀和布氏硬度計(jì)分別測(cè)量合金的電導(dǎo)率和硬度,根據(jù)導(dǎo)電率與新相析出量之間的關(guān)系分析合金的時(shí)效析出動(dòng)力學(xué)過程.結(jié)果表明,在350℃下時(shí)效,合金硬度隨時(shí)效時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),先升高后趨于平緩;在450℃、550℃下時(shí)效,合金硬度隨時(shí)效時(shí)間的增加快速上升,到達(dá)峰值后緩慢下降;時(shí)效溫度越高,合金硬度峰值越低,但硬度達(dá)到峰值所需的時(shí)間越短.溫度一定,隨時(shí)效時(shí)間的增加,合金電導(dǎo)率在時(shí)效初期快速升高,至峰值后趨于平緩.根據(jù)Cu-3.0Ni-0.75Si合金在450℃時(shí)效過程中電導(dǎo)率的變化,通過Avrami方程推導(dǎo)出相應(yīng)的相變動(dòng)力學(xué)方程及電導(dǎo)率方程分別為f=1-exp(-0.052 2t0.717 61)和σ=15.2+16.3[1-exp(-0.052 2t0.717 61)],采用相關(guān)系數(shù)檢驗(yàn)法及F檢驗(yàn)法對(duì)電導(dǎo)率方程的可信性進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果說明時(shí)效析出動(dòng)力學(xué)方程和電導(dǎo)率方程具有一定的可靠性.對(duì)比由電導(dǎo)率經(jīng)驗(yàn)方程得出的電導(dǎo)率理論值與測(cè)量得出的實(shí)驗(yàn)值,該理論值與實(shí)驗(yàn)值有良好的吻合度.
