一種新型近β鈦合金Ti684動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能與抗彈性能的研究

【摘要】:以北京理工大學(xué)自主研發(fā)的新型近β型鈦合金Ti684為研究對象,以Ti-6Al-4V為參比,研究了Ti684合金的微觀組織、動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能以及其作為裝甲材料的抗彈性能。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)900℃/15 min/WQ處理后的Ti684組織由尺寸為150μm左右的等軸β相大晶粒組成;經(jīng)應(yīng)變率為2600s-1的動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮測試后,900℃/15 min/WQ處理的Ti684較Tβ以下固溶時(shí)效處理的Ti-6Al-4V具有更高的動(dòng)態(tài)強(qiáng)度1870 MPa和斷裂失效應(yīng)變0.20。具有較好動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的同時(shí),900℃/15 min/WQ處理的Ti684在靶試抗沖擊過程中產(chǎn)生了應(yīng)力誘發(fā)馬氏體,延緩了絕熱剪切帶的形成,表現(xiàn)出了比Ti-6Al-4V試樣更好的抗彈性能。
