線電極電火花磨削運(yùn)絲系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及線電極有效加工區(qū)位置波動(dòng)的試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為了減小線電極電火花磨削中線電極有效加工區(qū)位置的波動(dòng),建立了運(yùn)絲系統(tǒng)多自由度振動(dòng)模型,分析了滾輪的直徑和質(zhì)量、相鄰滾輪間線電極的材料、長(zhǎng)度和直徑對(duì)運(yùn)絲系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)固有頻率的影響,將仿真分析結(jié)果用于指導(dǎo)運(yùn)絲系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),以提高運(yùn)絲系統(tǒng)的固有頻率并減小線電極有效加工區(qū)發(fā)生振動(dòng)的頻率;通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究了線電極運(yùn)絲速度、線電極在導(dǎo)向輪上的包角及線電極張力對(duì)線電極有效加工區(qū)位置波動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律,并用于確定最佳加工參數(shù);同時(shí),利用所設(shè)計(jì)的線電極磨削裝置加工出直徑為(50±1)μm的微細(xì)軸.結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的線電極磨削裝置及試驗(yàn)獲得的最佳加工參數(shù)可用于高尺寸精度的微細(xì)軸加工.
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the fluctuation of the position of the effective machining zone of wire electrode in wire electrode EDM, a multi-degree of freedom vibration model of wire transport system is established. The diameter and quality of roller and the material of wire electrode between adjacent rollers are analyzed. The effect of length and diameter on the natural frequency of wire feeding system is studied. The simulation results are used to guide the design of wire feeding system to improve the natural frequency of wire feeding system and to reduce the frequency of vibration in the effective processing zone of wire electrode. The influence of wire speed, the angle of wire electrode on the guide wheel and the tension of the wire electrode on the fluctuation of the position of the effective processing zone of the wire electrode are studied by experiments, and used to determine the best processing parameters, at the same time, The micro axis with diameter of (50 鹵1) 渭 m was fabricated by using the designed linear electrode grinding device. The results show that the designed linear electrode grinding device and the optimum machining parameters obtained from the experiments can be used in the machining of micro shafts with high size and precision.
