管式爐加熱-紅外吸收法測定鈾金屬中碳

【摘要】:稱取100mg處理后試樣,選取加熱溫度為850℃,建立了管式爐加熱紅外吸收法測定鈾金屬中微量碳的方法。試驗表明:將金屬鈾切屑試樣用硝酸(1+1)加熱至微沸并保持2min,取出后再依次用水、丙酮、無水乙醇漂洗可有效去除金屬鈾切屑樣品表面的碳沾污。以蔗糖作為校準(zhǔn)標(biāo)樣,碳量在0~12.5μg之間線性相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)為0.999 8。方法空白值為2.4μg/g,測定下限為5μg/g。按照實驗方法對鈾金屬材料中碳進行測定,結(jié)果的相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD,n=3)為4.3%~6.1%,加標(biāo)回收率為100%。應(yīng)用于鈾金屬材料中碳含量的測定,結(jié)果與高頻燃燒-紅外吸收法一致。
