TMCP工藝海洋平臺(tái)用鋼EQ51的開發(fā)

【摘要】:通過研究軋制溫度、冷卻速度和終冷溫度對(duì)顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響,最終確定了EQ51的最佳控軋控冷工藝參數(shù)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)冷卻速度不小于5℃/s時(shí),有利于抑制多邊形鐵素體相變,促進(jìn)針狀鐵素體和粒狀貝氏體相變;為了避免兩相區(qū)軋制出現(xiàn)混晶現(xiàn)象,終軋溫度控制為790℃;終冷溫度為570℃時(shí),所得顯微組織為針狀鐵素體和粒狀貝氏體;經(jīng)工業(yè)軋制的TMCP工藝EQ51鋼板強(qiáng)韌性良好;當(dāng)焊接輸入線能量為50 k J/cm時(shí),焊接接頭性能優(yōu)異;落錘性能的tNDT為-55℃,滿足船級(jí)社規(guī)范的低溫韌性要求。開發(fā)的鋼板獲得了ABS船級(jí)社認(rèn)證證書,并成功應(yīng)用于某船廠自升式平臺(tái)CJ50項(xiàng)目。
