【摘要】：在金屬材料內(nèi)部夾雜物的超聲檢測(cè)中,如何通過檢測(cè)獲得的回波信號(hào)辨識(shí)夾雜物的屬性和位置,一直是其重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)問題.通過建立包含夾雜物缺陷的二維金屬板模型,采用有限元數(shù)值模擬的方法,對(duì)材料內(nèi)部超聲波場(chǎng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算,獲得了兩種最典型的夾雜物Al2O3和Ti N,以及二者在材料內(nèi)部不同深度時(shí)的超聲回波信號(hào).研究了夾雜物類型和夾雜物深度對(duì)超聲回波時(shí)域波形以及對(duì)界面波、夾雜物缺陷回波和底面回波頻譜分布的影響規(guī)律.
[Abstract]:In the ultrasonic detection of inclusions in metal materials, how to identify the properties and positions of inclusions by the echo signals obtained is always an important and difficult problem. By establishing a two-dimensional metal plate model with inclusion defects and using finite element numerical simulation method, the ultrasonic field inside the material is calculated. Two typical inclusions, Al2O3 and Ti N, were obtained, and the ultrasonic echo signals of the two inclusions at different depths within the material were obtained. The influence of inclusion type and inclusion depth on ultrasonic echo time domain waveform, interface wave, inclusion defect echo and bottom surface echo spectrum distribution were studied.
