溫度對(duì)X70管線(xiàn)鋼在含氧溶液中應(yīng)力腐蝕的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)掃描電鏡觀察X70管線(xiàn)鋼表面鐵素體微觀形貌,采用能譜儀分析其化學(xué)元素質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)。在常溫及60℃時(shí),采用慢應(yīng)變速率法(SSRT),分別在空氣和氧質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0×10-4的NACE(Na C1與CH3COOH質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為5%和0.5%)溶液中進(jìn)行X70管線(xiàn)鋼應(yīng)力腐蝕試驗(yàn),對(duì)試樣斷口形貌進(jìn)行分析,并研究溫度對(duì)X70管線(xiàn)鋼在氧質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1.0×10-4溶液中應(yīng)力腐蝕開(kāi)裂(SSCC)敏感性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:常溫下X70管線(xiàn)鋼應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性不明顯,當(dāng)溫度升至60℃時(shí)應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性增加,有應(yīng)力腐蝕傾向;氧元素對(duì)試樣應(yīng)力腐蝕性能有一定的促進(jìn)作用,60℃時(shí)NACE溶液中Cl-與O2運(yùn)動(dòng)加劇,是應(yīng)力腐蝕敏感性增強(qiáng)的重要因素。
