2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相的析出規(guī)律

【摘要】:研究了2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相的析出規(guī)律及原始組織對析出規(guī)律的影響。分別對鑄態(tài)試樣和熱軋態(tài)試樣進行了不同工藝條件的固溶處理實驗,并對實驗后試樣進行了顯微組織的觀察和分析。結(jié)果表明,2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相析出的鼻尖溫度為850℃;變形會使σ相的析出溫度升高,孕育期縮短,析出速度增大;工業(yè)生產(chǎn)2205雙相不銹鋼熱軋卷板時軋件終軋后應(yīng)采用較快冷卻速度冷卻到卷取溫度,以避免σ相的析出給熱軋卷板開卷及后續(xù)工序帶來困難。
