【摘要】：研究了2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相的析出規(guī)律及原始組織對(duì)析出規(guī)律的影響。分別對(duì)鑄態(tài)試樣和熱軋態(tài)試樣進(jìn)行了不同工藝條件的固溶處理實(shí)驗(yàn),并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)后試樣進(jìn)行了顯微組織的觀察和分析。結(jié)果表明,2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相析出的鼻尖溫度為850℃;變形會(huì)使σ相的析出溫度升高,孕育期縮短,析出速度增大;工業(yè)生產(chǎn)2205雙相不銹鋼熱軋卷板時(shí)軋件終軋后應(yīng)采用較快冷卻速度冷卻到卷取溫度,以避免σ相的析出給熱軋卷板開卷及后續(xù)工序帶來(lái)困難。
[Abstract]:The precipitation law of 蟽 phase in 2205 duplex stainless steel and the effect of original structure on the precipitation rule were studied. The solution treatment experiments of as-cast and hot-rolled samples were carried out under different technological conditions, and the microstructure of the samples after the experiment was observed and analyzed.
