氧化鋁基陶瓷型芯的高溫沸騰脫芯工藝研究

【摘要】:氧化鋁基陶瓷型芯強度高,耐高溫性能好,但脫出性較差,影響了型芯的廣泛使用,有必要對其脫芯工藝進(jìn)行研究。本試驗以高溫沸騰的KOH溶液為脫芯液,測得了質(zhì)量濃度為60%和70%的KOH溶液在不同壓力下的沸點;研究了脫芯液濃度和沸點溫度對氧化鋁基陶瓷型芯脫芯率的影響,得出優(yōu)化試驗參數(shù)為:脫芯液濃度70%,壓力3.8 MPa,溫度380℃或脫芯液濃度70%,壓力4.2 MPa,溫度390℃,并對優(yōu)化試驗參數(shù)進(jìn)行工藝驗證。
[Abstract]:Alumina based ceramic core has high strength and good high temperature resistance, but it has poor extractility, which affects the wide use of the core, so it is necessary to study the core stripping process.
