回火溫度對(duì)5.5Ni低溫鋼組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:用XRD,SEM及TEM等手段表征5.5Ni鋼在不同回火溫度下逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體的含量、形貌和尺寸等的變化,研究了回火溫度對(duì)5.5Ni鋼力學(xué)性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在580-600℃回火后5.5Ni鋼的抗拉強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度變化不明顯;在620℃回火后抗拉強(qiáng)度小幅度提高,屈服強(qiáng)度卻大幅度降低,延伸率持續(xù)升高;在580-620℃回火,隨著回火溫度的提高5.5Ni鋼中的逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體體積分?jǐn)?shù)雖逐漸增加,沖擊功卻不斷降低。穩(wěn)定程度高且細(xì)小均勻彌散分布的片層狀逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體,是在580℃回火后沖擊功高達(dá)148 J的主要原因。鋼中有兩類逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體,一類是片層狀的,寬度為20 nm,長(zhǎng)度不一,有利于提高鋼的低溫韌性;另一類是塊狀的,呈團(tuán)簇狀分布,尺寸約為200 nm,對(duì)鋼的低溫韌性有害。
[Abstract]:The changes of austenite content, morphology and size of 5.5Ni steel at different tempering temperatures were characterized by means of XRD,SEM and TEM. The effect of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties of 5.5Ni steel was studied. The results show that the tensile strength and yield strength of 5.5Ni steel do not change obviously after tempering at 580-600 鈩,
