管型結(jié)構(gòu)物維修摩擦疊焊設(shè)備研制

【摘要】:針對管型結(jié)構(gòu)物維修的需要,研制了摩擦疊焊設(shè)備,該設(shè)備由焊接主軸、定位床身、固定鞍座和支撐框架等四個部分組成。其中,摩擦焊接主軸以及定位床身鎖緊機構(gòu)采用液壓驅(qū)動,而定位床身的主軸軸向移動和周向旋轉(zhuǎn)采用伺服電機驅(qū)動。焊接主軸采用液壓馬達(dá)和液壓油缸,分別完成作為摩擦焊接耗材的塞棒所需要的旋轉(zhuǎn)和進(jìn)給兩個運動,芯軸設(shè)計成為內(nèi)部空心結(jié)構(gòu),從而減輕重量、減小轉(zhuǎn)動慣量。定位床身主要由軸向驅(qū)動機構(gòu)、旋轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動機構(gòu)、鎖緊機構(gòu)等組成,可以攜帶焊接主軸實現(xiàn)軸向移動和環(huán)向旋轉(zhuǎn),并且在任意待焊位置進(jìn)行可靠的鎖緊。摩擦焊接主軸控制子系統(tǒng)不僅成功地實現(xiàn)了主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給速度和壓力等焊接參數(shù)的自動控制,而且自動焊接程序可以根據(jù)塞棒燒損長度設(shè)置合適的焊接參數(shù)組合。定位床身控制子系統(tǒng)采用Ⅲ尤對伺服電機進(jìn)行控制,通過人機界面觸摸屏進(jìn)行操作。最后,采用該設(shè)備進(jìn)行了成功的管道焊接試驗,包括鉆孔和摩擦疊焊。
[Abstract]:To meet the needs of tube structure maintenance, friction overlay welding equipment is developed, which consists of four parts: welding spindle, positioning lathe bed, fixed saddle and supporting frame. The welding spindle uses hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder to complete the rotation and feeding movement of the plug rod as friction welding consumables respectively. The spindle is designed as an internal hollow structure to reduce weight and inertia. The friction welding spindle control subsystem not only successfully realizes the automatic control of the welding parameters such as spindle speed, feed speed and pressure, but also sets the welding procedure according to the burning length of plug rod. The positioning bed control subsystem is controlled by the servo motor and operated by the human-machine interface touch screen. Finally, a successful pipe welding test including drilling and friction overlap welding is carried out with the equipment.
