鈮對微合金化高碳鋼奧氏體晶粒長大的影響

【摘要】:研究了鈮對釩微合金化高碳鋼在不同加熱溫度和保溫時(shí)間下的奧氏體晶粒長大規(guī)律的影響。結(jié)果表明,含鈮A鋼在1100℃以下具有較好的抗晶粒粗化能力,組織中存在大量以Nb C為主的析出物,其奧氏體晶界遷移能僅為44.2 k J/mol;而不含鈮B鋼,不具有某一溫度下的抗晶粒粗化能力,同時(shí)組織中僅發(fā)現(xiàn)較少量VC析出物,其奧氏體晶界遷移能高達(dá)197.2 k J/mol;在高碳鋼中,同一奧氏體溫度下,V降低Nb C完全溶解溫度。
