鈮微合金化對軸承鋼中碳化物網(wǎng)狀的影響

【摘要】:通過不同冷卻速度下的熱模擬試驗,研究了鈮微合金化對軸承鋼碳化物網(wǎng)狀的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同冷速條件下,含鈮鋼和不含鈮鋼中的碳化物網(wǎng)狀級別差別不大;當(dāng)冷卻速度大于5℃/s時,碳化物網(wǎng)狀級別小于1級;含鈮軸承鋼的珠光體團(tuán)尺寸小,碳化物網(wǎng)狀不連續(xù)分布。鈮微合金化對碳化物網(wǎng)狀的影響主要通過細(xì)化珠光體團(tuán)和改變碳化物網(wǎng)狀的形態(tài)來體現(xiàn)。
