退火對(duì)A32鋼焊接接頭耐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:A32鋼焊接接頭廣泛應(yīng)用于船舶工業(yè),其耐蝕性能的優(yōu)劣對(duì)于焊接接頭的力學(xué)性能和使用壽命至關(guān)重要.采用掃描電鏡,超景深數(shù)碼顯微鏡和電化學(xué)分析儀等表征手段,研究了船用A32鋼焊接接頭在進(jìn)行去應(yīng)力退火前后各部位在模擬海水溶液中的腐蝕行為,并對(duì)相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行了討論.結(jié)果表明:800℃去應(yīng)力退火后,A32鋼焊接接頭部位耐蝕性能顯著提高,這主要是由于在焊縫區(qū)和熔合區(qū)形成了趨向一致的樹枝晶,母材組織鐵素體增多,珠光體減少;另外,退火后的銹層成分為Fe_2O_3和α-FeOOH,較退火前的焊接接頭銹層致密、覆蓋完整,防腐蝕性能更好.
[Abstract]:A32 steel welded joints are widely used in marine industry. The corrosion resistance of A32 steel joints is very important to the mechanical properties and service life of welded joints. The corrosion behavior of marine A32 steel welded joints in simulated sea water solution before and after annealing was studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM), depth of field microscope and electrochemical analyzer.
