焊接電流對(duì)12Cr18Mn8Ni5N奧氏體不銹鋼TIG焊焊接接頭組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)12Cr18Mn8Ni5N奧氏體不銹鋼三種電流下TIG焊焊接接頭的組織和性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,在162、170、178 A電流下的焊縫為單一的奧氏體組織,組織形貌依次呈細(xì)條狀、塊狀和粗大的柱狀,熱影響區(qū)組織為奧氏體和先共析鐵素體。其中170 A下的焊接接頭的抗拉強(qiáng)度最高,達(dá)到699.09 MPa,其綜合力學(xué)性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and properties of 12Cr18Mn8Ni5N austenitic stainless steel welded joints by TIG welding under three currents were investigated. The results show that the weld at 162170178 A current is a single austenitic structure with a fine stripe shape block shape and a coarse columnar shape. The microstructure of the heat-affected zone is austenite and proeutectoid ferrite. The tensile strength of the welded joints under 170A is the highest and the comprehensive mechanical properties of the welded joints reach 699.09 MPa,.
