固溶時(shí)效溫度對10Ni3MnCuAl鋼組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同固溶時(shí)效溫度對10Ni3MnCuAl鋼組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:10Ni3MnCuAl鋼在830~890℃固溶后可以獲得優(yōu)良的綜合力學(xué)性能;在400~500℃時(shí)效時(shí),隨溫度的升高,強(qiáng)度逐漸升高,塑韌性逐漸降低;500℃時(shí)效時(shí)硬化達(dá)到最大效果,強(qiáng)度達(dá)到峰值,塑韌性降到低谷;超過500℃后,隨溫度的升高,強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,塑韌性逐漸升高;與固溶態(tài)的鋼相比,時(shí)效后鋼的沖擊韌度大幅下降,但與原始態(tài)的試驗(yàn)鋼相比,同等硬度時(shí),特別是過時(shí)效狀態(tài)下,沖擊韌度有了大幅提高。
