鎳基高溫合金上Co改性鋁化物涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與耐蝕性能

【摘要】:為研究Co改性鋁化物涂層在室溫環(huán)境中的耐蝕性,利用包埋法滲Co和氣相沉積滲Al(兩步法)制備出兩種不同Co含量的Co改性鋁化物涂層,采用XRD、SEM、EDS分析涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:850℃和1 000℃滲Co涂層外層和內(nèi)層均為γ-(Ni,Co)相,內(nèi)層有氮化物/碳化物相析出。Co改性鋁化物涂層與簡(jiǎn)單NiAl涂層結(jié)構(gòu)一致,外層為β-(Co,Ni)Al相,內(nèi)層為互擴(kuò)散區(qū)含有大量的富Cr(W)相。簡(jiǎn)單NiAl涂層的自腐蝕電流為0.04μA/cm2,約為Co改性鋁化物涂層的十分之一。這說(shuō)明在涂層中添加Co降低涂層的耐蝕性,一方面因?yàn)镃o的腐蝕電位(-0.28V)低于Ni的腐蝕電位(-0.25V),另一方面因?yàn)闈BCo過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的夾雜物與涂層電位不一致,容易成為微陰極區(qū),加速涂層的腐蝕。
