亞溫淬火下組織形態(tài)對(duì)高強(qiáng)低合金鋼沖擊韌性的影響

【摘要】:以一種高強(qiáng)度低合金鋼為研究對(duì)象,分析了淬火-亞溫淬火-回火(RQ-IQ-T)工藝與控軋控冷-亞溫淬火-回火(TMCP-IQT)工藝對(duì)組織演變及力學(xué)性能的影響,并對(duì)不同顯微組織特征實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的沖擊斷裂行為進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果表明:RQ-IQ-T工藝獲得的顯微組織由條狀鐵素體與回火馬氏體構(gòu)成,試樣-40℃沖擊功達(dá)到205 J;而TMCP-IQ-T工藝獲得的顯微組織則由塊狀鐵素體與回火馬氏體組成,試樣具有較高的強(qiáng)度,但沖擊功相對(duì)較低,僅為149 J。沖擊裂紋在條狀鐵素體中擴(kuò)展包括沿長(zhǎng)軸方向和剪切條狀鐵素體兩種方式;在塊狀鐵素體中主要以穿晶方式進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展。經(jīng)RQ-IQ-T工藝獲得的條狀鐵素體與回火馬氏體雙相組織對(duì)裂紋擴(kuò)展具有較大的阻礙作用,有利于沖擊韌性的提高。
[Abstract]:Taking a kind of high strength low alloy steel as an example, the effects of quenching, subtemperature quenching and tempering (RQ-IQ-T) process and controlled rolling controlled cooling quenching tempering (TMCP-IQT) process on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties were analyzed. The impact fracture behavior of experimental steel with different microstructure characteristics was discussed. The results show that the microstructure obtained by the WRQ-IQ-T process is composed of stripe ferrite and tempered martensite, and the impact energy at -40 鈩,
