水浴代鉛處理時間對φ0.8mm鋼絲組織性能的影響

【摘要】:對直徑為φ0.8 mm的KSC72A(日本)冷拉態(tài)鋼絲進行水浴代鉛索氏體化處理,用掃描電鏡(SEM)和萬能材料試驗機研究了水浴處理時間對其顯微組織和力學性能的影響。結果表明:隨著水浴處理時間的延長,鋼絲的索氏體團尺寸及片層間距總體呈減小趨勢,抗拉強度和伸長率、面縮率隨索氏體團尺寸和索氏體片層間距的減小而提高。當以收線速度為50 m/min、水浴槽長度(WT1)為50 cm時,水浴處理工藝為最佳,鋼絲的索氏體團尺寸、片層間距分別為2.86μm、82.76 nm,組織細小均勻,抗拉強度可達1266 MPa,顯微硬度為340 HV,伸長率為6.4%、收縮率為54.5%,具有良好的綜合力學性能,滿足鋼絲的技術要求,水浴處理可以取代鉛浴對鋼絲進行索氏體化處理。
[Abstract]:The cold-drawn KSC72A (Japan) steel wire with diameter of 0.8 mm was treated with water bath instead of lead sorbitization. The effect of water bath treatment time on Microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel wire was studied by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and universal material testing machine. The tensile strength and elongation decrease with the decrease of the size of sorbite aggregates and the spacing of sorbite lamellae, and the area shrinkage increases with the decrease of the size of sorbite aggregates and the spacing of sorbite lamellae. Degree can reach 1266 MPa, microhardness is 340 HV, elongation is 6.4%, shrinkage is 54.5%. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and meets the technical requirements of steel wire. Water bath treatment can replace lead bath for sorbitization of steel wire.
