淬火水溫對(duì)ZL210A合金顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:結(jié)合拉伸力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,采用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)及能譜分析儀(EDS),研究淬火水溫對(duì)ZL210A合金顯微組織、拉伸斷口形貌及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨淬火水溫的升高,析出相不斷聚集長(zhǎng)大,晶粒內(nèi)空白區(qū)域增大,無沉淀析出帶變寬;合金的拉伸斷口都存在明顯的尺寸不等的韌窩,淬火水溫為50℃的試樣的拉伸斷口韌窩尺寸較大且深,試樣塑性較好;合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、硬度和伸長(zhǎng)率都隨淬火水溫的升高先增加后減少;當(dāng)淬火水溫為50℃時(shí),合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、硬度和伸長(zhǎng)率達(dá)最大值分別為477 MPa、363 MPa、149 HV和3%。
[Abstract]:The effects of quenching water temperature on the microstructure, tensile fracture morphology and mechanical properties of ZL210A alloy were studied by means of (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and energy spectrum analyzer (EDS),). The results show that with the increase of quenching water temperature, the precipitate phase aggregates and grows continuously, the blank area in the grain increases, the precipitation band without precipitation becomes wider, and there are obvious dimples of different sizes on the tensile fracture surface of the alloy.
