Ti-Mg復(fù)合脫氧和硫含量對鋼中夾雜物特征及MnS析出行為的影響

【摘要】:采用掃描電鏡/能譜儀表征了管線鋼中夾雜物的形貌、尺寸、成分及數(shù)量,考察了不同Ti/Mg比的鋼中夾雜物特征、硫含量及脫氧產(chǎn)物數(shù)量對MnS析出行為的影響,并進(jìn)行了熱力學(xué)計算.結(jié)果表明:Ti-Mg脫氧鋼中夾雜物以Mg O-Al2O3-Ti2O3、Mg O-Ti2O3或Mg O為核心,表面包裹或局部析出MnS,粒徑小于1.3μm,數(shù)量為300~450 mm-2,形貌為圓形、多邊形和方形;夾雜物中Ti/Mg原子數(shù)比為0.05~0.2時,夾雜物細(xì)小且近圓形;隨硫含量減少,凝固過程中MnS析出傾向減小,MnS在夾雜物表面由包裹析出向局部析出轉(zhuǎn)變,提高氧化物夾雜數(shù)量,有利于細(xì)小MnS的包裹或局部異質(zhì)形核;Ti-Mg復(fù)合脫氧產(chǎn)物細(xì)小、彌散,可作為MnS異質(zhì)形核核心,可同時降低MnS及氧化物的危害.
[Abstract]:The morphology, size, composition and quantity of inclusions in pipeline steel were characterized by SEM / EDS. The effects of inclusion characteristics, sulfur content and amount of deoxidized products on the precipitation behavior of MnS in steel with different Ti/Mg ratios were investigated. Thermodynamic calculation was also carried out. The results show that the inclusions in the deoxidized steel are MgO-Al _ 2O _ 3-Ti _ 2O _ 3, mg O-Ti2O3 or MgO as the core, the surface encapsulates or precipitates MNS locally, the particle size is less than 1.3 渭 m, the quantity is 300 ~ 450mm-2, the shape is circular, polygon and square, and the ratio of Ti/Mg atoms in the inclusions is 0.05 ~ 0.2. With the decrease of sulfur content, the precipitation tendency of MnS in the solidification process decreases, and the precipitate changes from encapsulation to local precipitation on the surface of inclusions, thus increasing the amount of oxide inclusions. The Ti-Mg compound deoxidized product which is advantageous to the encapsulation of small MnS or local heterogeneous nucleation can be used as the heterogeneous nucleus of MnS and can reduce the harm of MnS and oxide at the same time.
