高速列車用厚板鋁合金CMT焊接工藝

【摘要】:針對(duì)低熱輸入、高質(zhì)量焊接技術(shù)的需求,研究厚板鋁合金多層多道冷金屬過(guò)渡技術(shù)(cold matal transter,CMT)焊接工藝和脈沖MIG焊接工藝的區(qū)別,對(duì)CMT焊接和脈沖MIG焊接進(jìn)行熱循環(huán)曲線測(cè)量,焊接接頭拉伸、彎曲、硬度等常規(guī)力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)和接頭微觀組織分析.結(jié)果表明,鋁合金厚板焊接時(shí)相對(duì)脈沖MIG焊接方法,CMT方法焊接溫度場(chǎng)低,焊接接頭軟化明顯減弱,沖擊韌性得到提高,厚板多層多道焊接接頭組織明顯改善,晶粒明顯細(xì)化.試驗(yàn)表明CMT焊接方法可獲得相對(duì)脈沖焊接更加優(yōu)良的鋁合金焊接接頭.
[Abstract]:In view of the requirement of low heat input and high quality welding technology, the difference between (cold matal transterite welding process and pulsed MIG welding technology for thick aluminum alloy multilayer and multi-pass cold metal transfer technology is studied. The thermal cycle curves of CMT welding and pulsed MIG welding are measured. Tensile, bending, hardness and other conventional mechanical properties of welded joints and microstructure analysis. The results show that the welding temperature field of aluminum alloy thick plate is lower than that of pulse MIG welding method, the softening of welded joint is obviously weakened, the impact toughness is improved, the microstructure of thick plate multilayer multi-pass welding joint is improved obviously, and the grain size is obviously refined. The results show that CMT welding method can obtain better welding joints of aluminum alloy than pulse welding.
