ECAP擠壓道次對AZ81鎂合金組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:AZ81鎂合金在汽車行業(yè)應用廣泛,但存在組織粗大,力學性能差等缺點。等通道轉角擠壓(ECAP)法是細化晶粒,提高鎂合金性能的有效途徑。在300℃下對AZ81鎂合金進行了1~6道次ECAP擠壓,并分析了AZ81鎂合金在ECAP擠壓變形過程中微觀組織與力學性能隨擠壓道次的變化規(guī)律。結果表明,隨著擠壓道次的增加,基體晶粒尺寸先減小后增加,4道次時細化程度最高;合金硬度先增大后減小,4道次時合金硬度最高,達到142HL;合金的抗拉強度伸長率逐漸增強后減小,再增大,6道次時合金的綜合拉伸性能達到最高,抗拉強度210 MPa,伸長率15.8%。
