快速加熱過程中Fe-40Ni-Ti合金的晶粒長大行為

【摘要】:利用熱模擬技術(shù)、金相觀察及定量統(tǒng)計,通過分析Fe-40Ni-Ti合金快速升溫過程中試樣不同部位的晶粒長大規(guī)律,模擬研究了焊接過程中奧氏體晶粒的長大行為。結(jié)果表明:溫度最高的中心線附近晶粒長大顯著,5s內(nèi)溫度達(dá)到1350℃時,其尺寸達(dá)到了180μm;而距離中心線4mm處的熱影響區(qū)及母材(試樣端部)晶粒變化不大,在80μm左右。金相觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)TiN顆粒對晶界遷移產(chǎn)生了明顯的阻礙作用。
