【摘要】：應(yīng)用EIS和動電位極化曲線測試技術(shù),結(jié)合腐蝕形貌觀察,研究了X80管線鋼在濱海灘涂土壤模擬液中的電化學(xué)腐蝕行為。結(jié)果表明,X80管線鋼在濱海灘涂土壤模擬液中的腐蝕行為隨浸泡時間和腐蝕產(chǎn)物的變化而改變。分析EIS得出,其經(jīng)歷了先緩慢增大,到由于黑色銹層形成而迅速激增,再到銹層脫落而急劇減小的過程,說明X80管線鋼的電化學(xué)腐蝕行為主要分3個階段,即初期腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜未形成時腐蝕速率緩慢增大階段;中期因保護(hù)性腐蝕產(chǎn)物膜形成,腐蝕速率迅速減小階段;后期部分腐蝕產(chǎn)物脫落等因素導(dǎo)致腐蝕速率再次增大階段。
[Abstract]:The electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in the simulated solution of coastal shoal soil was studied by means of EIS and potentiodynamic polarization curve test combined with the observation of corrosion morphology. The results showed that the corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in the simulated solution of coastal beach soil changed with the time of soaking and the change of corrosion products. The analysis of EIS shows that the corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel is mainly divided into three stages: first slowly increases, then rapidly increases due to the formation of black rust layer, then decreases sharply when the rust layer falls off, indicating that the electrochemical corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel is mainly divided into three stages. That is, the corrosion rate increases slowly when the initial corrosion product film is not formed; in the middle stage, the corrosion rate decreases rapidly due to the formation of protective corrosion product film; and at the later stage, the corrosion rate increases again due to some factors such as the exfoliation of the corrosion product.
