熱等靜壓溫度對K438合金顯微組織和高溫力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了熱等靜壓(HIP)溫度對K438合金顯微組織和高溫力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,1170℃/150 MPa/4 h和1177℃/150 MPa/4 h熱等靜壓能使K438合金顯微疏松閉合。合金標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱處理(ST)后,枝晶桿由大、小兩種尺寸的γ'相組成,其中較大的γ'相尺寸約為0.2μm;熱等靜壓后,γ'相尺寸變大,接近0.5μm,未析出較小尺寸的γ'相;HIP+ST后,重新析出大、小兩種尺寸的γ'相。力學(xué)性能測試結(jié)果表明,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)熱處理態(tài)相比,加入熱等靜壓后,合金的815℃/420 MPa持久壽命相當(dāng),850℃/365 MPa持久壽命和800℃抗拉強(qiáng)度降低,而800℃拉伸伸長率和斷面收縮率顯著提高,其中,1170℃熱等靜壓狀態(tài)合金的800℃抗拉強(qiáng)度從902 MPa降到836 MPa,伸長率從6.8%提高到16.6%,提高了144.1%。
