【摘要】：研究Mn與Sn對(duì)Sr變質(zhì)、Al-5Ti-B晶粒細(xì)化Al-7Si-Mg合金顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,合金添加高含量Sr后具有柱狀樹(shù)枝晶結(jié)構(gòu),Al-5Ti-B晶粒細(xì)化劑發(fā)生了毒化現(xiàn)象:TiB_2顆粒偏聚在共晶Si區(qū)域,并發(fā)現(xiàn)Sr金屬間化合物在TiB_2顆粒上分布。討論了Sr毒化現(xiàn)象的機(jī)理。此外,添加Mn元素會(huì)使合金的富鐵相結(jié)構(gòu)從β-Al_5FeSi向α-Al(Mn,Fe)Si轉(zhuǎn)變。隨著Mn含量的增加,α-Al(Mn,Fe)Si相從樹(shù)枝狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闃?shù)枝狀分布的小棒狀,最終轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闈h字狀結(jié)構(gòu)。透射電鏡(TEM)觀察顯示,Mg相對(duì)于Si更傾向于與Sn反應(yīng),Mg_2Sn在Si/Si界面或Al/Si界面上析出。
[Abstract]:The effect of mn and Sn on the microstructure of Al-7Si-Mg alloy refined by Sr modified Al-5Ti-B grain was investigated. The results show that the alloy with high Sr content has a columnar dendritic structure of Al-5Ti-B grain refiner. The poisoning phenomenon occurs in the eutectic Si region. It is found that Sr intermetallics are distributed on TiBSt2 particles. The mechanism of Sr poisoning is discussed. In addition, the Fe phase structure of the alloy can be transformed from 尾 -Al _ S _ 5FeSi to 偽 -Al (Mn-Fe) Si by adding mn element. With the increase of mn content, 偽 -Al (Mn-Fe) Si phase changes from dendriform to small rod shape of dendritic distribution, and finally to Chinese character structure. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows that mg / Si is more likely to react with Sn than Si to precipitate at Si / Si interface or Al / Si interface.
