過共析簾線鋼中碳氮化鈦夾雜的析出與固溶

【摘要】:應(yīng)用熱力學(xué)方法研究了簾線鋼凝固析出碳氮化鈦(Ti(CxN1-x))夾雜的性質(zhì),以及鋼坯加熱過程碳氮化鈦(Ti(CxN1-x))夾雜分解固溶的熱力學(xué)條件,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了試樣高溫加熱過程中碳氮化鈦夾雜的固溶現(xiàn)象。研究表明:1)簾線鋼C含量越高,凝固析出的碳氮化鈦夾雜中的x值越高;2)簾線鋼C含量越高,凝固過程碳氮化鈦夾雜析出就越早,析出碳氮化鈦夾雜時(shí)的凝固前沿溫度越低;3)82A鑄坯加熱到1 087℃以上時(shí),碳氮化鈦夾雜具備分解和固溶的熱力學(xué)條件;4)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證將鋼樣在1 150℃和1 250℃高溫加熱后,5μm以上的碳氮化鈦夾雜分別下降了55%和70.3%,而試樣在1 250℃高溫加熱后緩冷到1 000℃時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)2μm以下的小夾雜繼續(xù)在分解,而5μm以上的大夾雜在增加。
[Abstract]:The properties of Ti (C _ XN _ (1-x) inclusion precipitated by solidification of cord steel and the thermodynamic conditions for the decomposition and solution of Ti (C _ XN _ (1-x) inclusions during billet heating were studied by means of thermodynamic method. The solid solution phenomenon of carbon-nitride inclusion during high temperature heating was studied by experiments.
