22MnB5矩形管彎曲成形極限研究

【摘要】:22Mn B5是一種高強(qiáng)鋼材料,由22Mn B5加工的矩形管應(yīng)用于客車車身骨架中,可以在保證汽車安全強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)顯著減輕其重量,達(dá)到節(jié)能減排的目的。隨著矩形管彎曲半徑逐漸減小,管材容易產(chǎn)生內(nèi)壁增厚起皺,外壁減薄破裂,橫截面畸變等缺陷。因此掌握22Mn B5矩形管的彎曲成形規(guī)律,獲得矩形管彎曲成形極限對(duì)指導(dǎo)矩形彎管零件的設(shè)計(jì)和加工都有非常重要的意義;谒苄粤W(xué)的基本理論,分析了矩形管彎曲時(shí)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分布?紤]到矩形管繞彎過(guò)程中受到的切向拉力作用,推導(dǎo)了矩形管彎曲時(shí)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變關(guān)系式和應(yīng)變中性層位置。研究了彎曲時(shí)切向拉力對(duì)彎管應(yīng)變中性層和應(yīng)變的影響規(guī)律。提出了22Mn B5矩形管彎曲成形極限的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和預(yù)測(cè)方法。進(jìn)行材料拉伸試驗(yàn),獲得了管材上22Mn B5材料的本構(gòu)關(guān)系及22Mn B5不同熱處理狀態(tài)、厚度的成形極限平面應(yīng)變點(diǎn),確定了矩形管彎曲成形極限的影響因素。利用ABAQUS有限元仿真軟件的Explicit算法,建立了矩形管繞彎的仿真模型。對(duì)不同彎曲參數(shù)的矩形管繞彎過(guò)程進(jìn)行了有限元仿真計(jì)算。分析了22Mn B5矩形管繞彎成形規(guī)律,獲得了矩形管切向應(yīng)變和應(yīng)變中性層與彎曲參數(shù)的關(guān)系,結(jié)合理論解析建立的管材彎曲成形極限預(yù)測(cè)方法,獲得了不同材料熱處理狀態(tài)、幾何參數(shù)和摩擦力影響下的22Mn B5矩形管彎曲成形極限及不同參數(shù)對(duì)矩形管彎曲成形極限的影響規(guī)律。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、數(shù)值模擬、理論解析結(jié)果的比較分析,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值模擬模型,理論解析和數(shù)值模擬獲得的管材彎曲規(guī)律及管材彎曲成形極限模擬結(jié)果的正確性。
[Abstract]:22MnB5 is a kind of high strength steel material. The rectangular tube processed by 22MnB5 is applied to the frame of bus body, which can reduce the weight of the bus body while ensuring the safety strength of the bus, and achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction. With the decrease of bending radius of rectangular tube, inner wall thickening and wrinkling, outer wall thinning and cracking, cross section distortion and so on are easy to occur. Therefore, it is very important to master the bending forming law of 22MnB5 rectangular tube and obtain the bending forming limit of rectangular tube for guiding the design and machining of rectangular tube bending parts. Based on the basic theory of plastic mechanics, the distribution of stress and strain in rectangular tube bending is analyzed. Considering the tangential tension in the bending process of rectangular tube, the stress-strain relation and the position of strain neutral layer are derived. The influence of tangential tension on the strain neutral layer and strain of bend tube was studied. The evaluation standard and prediction method of bending forming limit of 22MnB _ 5 rectangular tube are presented. The constitutive relation of 22MnB5 material on the tube and the forming limit plane strain point of the thickness of 22MnB5 in different heat treatment state were obtained, and the influencing factors of the forming limit of the rectangular tube were determined. By using explicit algorithm of Abaqus finite element simulation software, the simulation model of rectangular tube bending is established. The bending process of rectangular tube with different bending parameters was simulated by finite element method. The forming law of 22MnB5 rectangular tube is analyzed, the relationship between tangential strain and strain neutral layer and bending parameters is obtained, and the heat treatment state of different materials is obtained by using the limit prediction method established by theoretical analysis. The bending forming limit of 22MnB5 rectangular tube under the influence of geometric parameters and friction force and the influence of different parameters on the bending forming limit of rectangular tube are studied. Through the comparison and analysis of experimental data, numerical simulation and theoretical analytical results, the correctness of the numerical simulation model, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results of pipe bending and the ultimate simulation results of tube bending are verified.
