【摘要】:為準確反映固定結(jié)合面的動態(tài)特性,將結(jié)合面簡化為一個粗糙表面與一個剛性平面的接觸問題,并假設(shè)接觸區(qū)附近的兩接觸體為彈性半空間,利用分形理論建立具有通用性的結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度模型。該模型通過數(shù)值分析表明:無論是同種材料還是異種材料,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨法向力的增加而增加;當分形維數(shù)1D1.5時,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度與法向力具有較明顯的非線性關(guān)系;當1.5≤D2時,兩者為近似線性關(guān)系;當1D≤1.7時,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著分形維數(shù)的增加而增加;當1.7D2時,隨著分形維數(shù)的增加,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨之減小;當分形維數(shù)一定(1D2)時,結(jié)合面切向接觸剛度隨著分形粗糙度的降低而增加。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of a fixed interface, the interface is simplified as a contact problem between a rough surface and a rigid plane, and the two contact bodies near the contact area are assumed to be elastic half-space. The tangential contact stiffness model of joint plane is established by fractal theory. Numerical analysis shows that the tangential contact stiffness increases with the increase of normal force, and when fractal dimension is 1D 1.5, the tangential contact stiffness increases with the increase of normal force.
