【摘要】：對45鋼半軸套管鍛件開裂原因進行了分析。結(jié)果表明,失效鍛件開裂原因是由于棒料的加熱溫度過高,造成材料組織嚴重過熱,甚至出現(xiàn)過燒特征的晶間熔洞組織。組織中晶間結(jié)合力急劇降低,鍛造應(yīng)力已經(jīng)大于此時材料的抗破斷強度,因而造成沿晶開裂的熱裂紋,裂紋繼續(xù)向端面擴展撕裂。由于鍛造工藝不當,鍛件端面外邊緣形成尖角,該處的冷卻速度加大,裂紋的撕裂斷口由沿晶轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇┚?而且隨著溫度的降低,氧化脫碳也逐漸減弱。
[Abstract]:The cracking causes of 45 steel semi-shaft casing forgings are analyzed. The results show that the cracking of the invalid forgings is due to the excessive heating temperature of the bar, which results in the serious overheating of the material structure and even the appearance of the intergranular melting structure with the characteristics of overburning. The intergranular bonding force in the microstructure decreases sharply and the forging stress is higher than the breaking strength of the material at this time, which results in the thermal crack of intergranular cracking and the crack continues to propagate and tear to the end face. Due to the improper forging process, the outer edge of the forgings formed sharp angle, the cooling rate increased, the crack tear fracture changed from intergranular to transgranular, and the oxidation decarbonization gradually weakened with the decrease of temperature.
