激光噴丸與機械噴丸對304不銹鋼應力腐蝕性能的影響

【摘要】:對304不銹鋼板試樣分別進行了激光噴丸與機械噴丸處理,采用X射線衍射儀分析了表層顯微組織和晶粒尺寸的變化,通過慢應變速率拉伸腐蝕試驗檢測了應力腐蝕敏感性。結果表明,通過激光噴丸處理,表層晶粒得到了細化,但沒有產生明顯的馬氏體相變,隨著噴丸能量密度增大,應力腐蝕敏感性減小;而通過機械噴丸處理的試樣,晶粒細化的同時誘發(fā)了明顯的馬氏體相變,隨著噴丸壓力升高,應力腐蝕敏感性呈現(xiàn)先減小后增大的變化趨勢。
[Abstract]:Laser shot peening and mechanical shot peening were carried out on 304 stainless steel plate. The microstructure and grain size of surface layer were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer. The stress corrosion sensitivity was tested by slow strain rate tensile corrosion test. The results show that the surface grain is refined by laser shot peening, but no martensite transformation is produced. The stress corrosion sensitivity decreases with the increase of shot peening energy density. The martensitic transformation was induced by grain refinement, and the stress corrosion sensitivity decreased first and then increased with the increase of shot peening pressure.
