【摘要】:基于熱傳導(dǎo)反算法,建立了液態(tài)金屬與壓室之間傳熱的二維反算數(shù)學(xué)模型,設(shè)計了壓室內(nèi)部測溫模塊并進(jìn)行了針對Al-9%Si-3%Cu合金的靜態(tài)無壓射和常規(guī)壓鑄實(shí)驗.基于實(shí)驗中測得的壓室內(nèi)部不同位置的溫度,求解得到了液態(tài)金屬在壓室中的溫度場及其不同位置的界面換熱系數(shù),為預(yù)測壓室預(yù)結(jié)晶提供可靠依據(jù).結(jié)果表明,靜態(tài)無壓射條件與常規(guī)壓鑄條件下液態(tài)金屬與壓室界面換熱情況差異很大,同時壓室中間界面換熱系數(shù)均隨液態(tài)金屬流動方向依次降低,壓室壁溫度也存在兩端高中間低的分布.在常規(guī)壓鑄條件下,由于沖頭運(yùn)動的影響,壓室末端換熱系數(shù)存在雙峰現(xiàn)象.
[Abstract]:Based on the inverse heat conduction algorithm, a two-dimensional inverse mathematical model of heat transfer between liquid metal and pressure chamber is established. The temperature measurement module in the chamber is designed and the static pressureless and conventional die casting experiments for Al-9%Si-3%Cu alloy are carried out. The temperature field of liquid metal in the chamber and the interfacial heat transfer coefficient at different positions are obtained based on the temperature at different positions of the chamber measured in the experiment, which provides a reliable basis for predicting the precrystallization of the chamber. The results show that the heat transfer between liquid metal and chamber is very different between static pressure free ejection condition and conventional die casting condition, and the heat transfer coefficient of the middle interface of pressure chamber decreases in turn with the flow direction of liquid metal. The pressure chamber wall temperature also has the distribution of both ends high and middle low. Under conventional die-casting conditions, the heat transfer coefficient at the end of the chamber has a bimodal phenomenon due to the impact of punch movement.
