高碳低合金耐磨鋼過冷奧氏體組織轉變和淬透性

【摘要】:針對厚度超過140 mm的厚大耐磨工件,設計一種C含量為0.67%~0.73%的Mn-Cr系高碳低合金耐磨鋼。利用DIL805A熱膨脹儀結合金相—硬度法,測得了該鋼的臨界點溫度A_(c1),A_(c3)以及Ms;并繪制了該材料的過冷奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻轉變曲線(CCT曲線);研究了過冷奧氏體連續(xù)冷卻過程中組織轉變規(guī)律;并且利用末端淬火實驗研究了該鋼的淬透性。結果表明:該鋼的CCT曲線大大右移,臨界冷卻速度為5℃/s;測得了該鋼淬透性曲線,淬透層深度達到36 mm,淬透性大大增加。
[Abstract]:A Mn-Cr high carbon low alloy wear-resistant steel with a C content of 0.67% and 0.73% was designed for the thick wear-resistant workpiece with a thickness of more than 140mm.
