利用JMatPro軟件對低合金耐磨鋼熱處理參數(shù)的計算

【摘要】:利用材料性能模擬軟件JMat Pro對新型耐磨鋼ZG30Si Mn Cr2Mo VRE進行熱力學(xué)和相轉(zhuǎn)變的計算,得到合金鋼的平衡相組成、等溫轉(zhuǎn)變曲線(TTT)、連續(xù)轉(zhuǎn)變曲線(CCT)和Jominy淬透性曲線。以此制定合金的熱處理工藝方案。結(jié)果表明,合金經(jīng)930℃水淬+230℃回火處理,合金的硬度和韌性達到最佳匹配。
[Abstract]:The thermodynamics and phase transition of new wear-resistant steel ZG30Si mn Cr2Mo VRE were calculated by using the material property simulation software JMat Pro. The equilibrium phase composition, isothermal transformation curve, continuous transformation curve and Jominy hardenability curve of alloy steel were obtained. Based on this, the heat treatment process of the alloy was formulated. The results show that the hardness and toughness of the alloy are the best match after quenching at 930 鈩,
