干硬切削表面白層厚度的建模與預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:干硬切削加工過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的表面白層對(duì)零件的使用性能和使用壽命有很大影響,對(duì)白層厚度進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的定量預(yù)測(cè)具有重要的理論意義與應(yīng)用價(jià)值;诓牧系幕瘜W(xué)熱力學(xué)基本理論,對(duì)切削過(guò)程中合金元素、應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變等因素耦合影響下的奧氏體相變溫度進(jìn)行了理論推導(dǎo),根據(jù)計(jì)算出的相變溫度和有限元的模擬結(jié)果,建立了基于相變形成相理的白層厚度預(yù)測(cè)模型。GCr15淬硬鋼試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析表明,本模型適用于熱力耦合占主導(dǎo)地位的切削過(guò)程,該模型能夠在考慮了熱-力耦合因素的情況下更為準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測(cè)出干硬切削表面相變白層的厚度。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic theory of chemical thermodynamics of materials , the austenite phase transition temperature under the influence of factors such as alloy elements , stress , strain and other factors in cutting process is theoretically deduced . Based on the calculated phase transition temperature and the simulation results of finite element , a white layer thickness prediction model based on phase change is established . The results of the experiment and prediction results show that the model is suitable for the cutting process dominated by thermal coupling . The model can predict the thickness of the phase change white layer of the dry hard cutting surface more accurately under the condition of considering the thermal - force coupling factor .
