鋁合金固定夾擠壓鑄造工藝試驗研究

【摘要】:研究了固定夾的生產(chǎn)工藝過程,提出了模具溫度對固定夾凝固結(jié)晶的影響;給出了固定夾工藝參數(shù)的控制結(jié)果。認為擠壓鑄造工藝替代低壓鑄造或重力鑄造工藝生產(chǎn)固定夾,不論在產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)還是在生產(chǎn)效率方面都具有明顯優(yōu)勢。生產(chǎn)固定夾模具工作溫度控制在180~260℃的范圍最為理想;當充型速度從145mm/s降至70mm/s,在同樣T6熱處理后,鑄件表面氣泡率小于5%。
[Abstract]:The production process of fixed clamp is studied, the effect of die temperature on solidification crystallization of fixed clip is put forward, and the control results of process parameters of fixed clamp are given. It is concluded that the squeeze casting process can replace the low pressure casting or gravity casting process in the production of fixed clamps, both in terms of product quality and production efficiency. The working temperature of the fixed clamping die is controlled in the range of 180 ~ 260 鈩,
