基于Deform-3D方管鋁合金型材等溫?cái)D壓的變速擠壓數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:基于Deform-3D有限元分析,建立分段變速擠壓模型對方管鋁合金型材的擠壓工藝進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬研究。結(jié)果表明:擠壓速度越高,型材在模具出口處溫度越高,溫度差也越大,采取7,5和3 mm·s-1的分段變速擠壓能有效實(shí)現(xiàn)模具出口處溫度差恒定于8℃左右的等溫?cái)D壓。在等溫?cái)D壓環(huán)境下,最大等效應(yīng)力值為47.4 MPa,最大等效應(yīng)變值為7.92,最大損傷程度為1.70,比中間速度5 mm·s-1等速擠壓模型的相應(yīng)值分別下降了10%、23.8%和48.5%,且型材表面質(zhì)量好,金相組織細(xì)致均勻,力學(xué)性能高。
[Abstract]:Based on the finite element analysis of Deform-3D, the extrusion process of aluminum alloy profile of cross-tube was studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the higher the extrusion speed, the higher the temperature at the exit of the die, and the greater the temperature difference. The isothermal extrusion at the exit of the die can be effectively realized by adopting 7mm / 5 and 3mm / s ~ (-1) of the section variable speed extrusion to keep the temperature difference at the exit of the mould constant at about 8 鈩,
