316L不銹鋼在不同環(huán)境中點(diǎn)蝕形核研究

【摘要】:通過人工海水中長期浸泡實(shí)驗(yàn)和循環(huán)伏安極化曲線測試,研究了溫度、Cl-濃度、溶解氧濃度對(duì)拋光后的316L不銹鋼點(diǎn)蝕形核的影響,確定了不銹鋼在不同環(huán)境的人工海水中點(diǎn)蝕的萌生時(shí)間和位置。結(jié)果表明:與溫度和Cl-濃度的影響不同,溶解氧濃度的增加對(duì)不銹鋼點(diǎn)蝕形核具有抑制作用。316L不銹鋼在4℃,8×10-6溶解氧濃度,10%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))NaCl溶液中浸泡后表面出現(xiàn)鈍化膜局部破壞,點(diǎn)蝕形核時(shí)間為60~70天,形核位置存在MgO-Al2O3系和CaO-SiO2系非金屬夾雜物。不銹鋼在4℃人工海水和0.02×10-6溶氧量濃度下浸泡后,表面出現(xiàn)點(diǎn)蝕的時(shí)間為70~80天。
[Abstract]:The effects of temperature and dissolved oxygen concentration on the pitting nucleation of 316L stainless steel after polishing were studied by experiments of artificial seawater immersion and cyclic voltammetry polarization curves. The initiation time and location of stainless steel pitting in artificial seawater in different environments were determined. The results show that, different from the influence of temperature and Cl- concentration, the increase of dissolved oxygen concentration can inhibit the pitting nucleation of stainless steel .316L stainless steel at 4 鈩,
