鋁合金脈沖MIG焊接熔滴過渡行為的聲發(fā)射信號時(shí)頻域表征

【摘要】:通過在線檢測鋁合金脈沖MIG焊接過程的結(jié)構(gòu)負(fù)載聲發(fā)射信號,研究熔滴過渡模式和行為的時(shí)頻域表征.結(jié)果表明,熔滴過渡聲發(fā)射信號波形以及熔滴過渡聲發(fā)射事件的有序性和周期性可以反映脈沖MIG焊接過程熔滴過渡的穩(wěn)定性和周期性.隨著脈沖頻率和焊接熱輸入的增大,熔滴過渡模式由短路過渡轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯涞芜^渡,過渡熔滴體積得到逐步細(xì)化,表現(xiàn)出遞減的聲發(fā)射能量釋放特征.當(dāng)熔滴過渡為短路過渡模式時(shí),熔滴過渡聲發(fā)射信號的頻域范圍較寬,且較為集中在高頻部分;當(dāng)熔滴過渡為射滴過渡模式時(shí),熔滴過渡聲發(fā)射信號的頻率分布范圍更窄,且集中在低頻部分.隨著熔滴過渡模式由短路過渡模式逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯涞芜^渡模式,由熔滴過渡引入的能量變化呈現(xiàn)出先減小再增大的趨勢.
[Abstract]:The mode and behavior of droplet transfer were investigated in time-frequency domain by on-line detecting the structural load acoustic emission signals of aluminum alloy pulsed MIG welding process. The results show that the waveform of droplet transfer acoustic emission signal and the order and periodicity of droplet transfer acoustic emission events can reflect the stability and periodicity of droplet transfer during pulsed MIG welding. With the increase of pulse frequency and welding heat input, the transfer mode of droplet is changed from short-circuit to emitter, and the volume of transition droplet is gradually refined, showing the characteristic of decreasing AE energy release. When the droplet transfer is in short-circuit mode, the frequency range of droplet transfer acoustic emission signal is wider, and the frequency distribution range of droplet transfer acoustic emission signal is narrower when the droplet transfer mode is droplet transfer mode. And concentrated in the low frequency part. With the transition of droplet transfer from short-circuit transfer mode to droplet transfer mode, the energy change introduced by droplet transfer shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.
