冷軋UCM軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定性的相關(guān)研究

【摘要】:本文以冷軋UCM軋機(jī)FGC斷帶和末機(jī)架軋輥粗糙度均勻性為研究對象,通過實(shí)踐與理論分析完成冷軋UCM軋機(jī)生產(chǎn)穩(wěn)定性的相關(guān)研究。針對酸軋F(tuán)GC斷帶,主要通過對電氣二級程序中FGC過渡軋制表優(yōu)化和在一級和二級程序中將剪切時序提前以及針對特定鋼種做自動抬輥縫功能,最終通過統(tǒng)計學(xué)的方法,將容易發(fā)生斷帶的鋼種進(jìn)行預(yù)判,增加合理過渡料降低斷帶風(fēng)險。末架軋輥粗糙度均勻性研究,主要利用minitab軟件進(jìn)行,對所有影響因素進(jìn)行分析,由FMEA打分,篩選因素,隨后進(jìn)行DOE設(shè)計實(shí)驗,找出主要影響因素,運(yùn)用相應(yīng)曲面找到合理打毛參數(shù)配比,最終確定的毛化工藝參數(shù)為橫移速度為45mm/min、通電時間為17us、斷電時間為41us,達(dá)到Ra為3.6um±0.15的軋輥粗糙度合格率在80%以上。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the coarseness uniformity of cold UCM rolling mill FGC break and end stand roll is taken as the research object, and the production stability of cold UCM mill is studied by practical and theoretical analysis. In view of acid rolling FGC break strip, by optimizing the FGC transition rolling table in the electrical secondary program, advancing the shearing timing in the first and second grade programs, and making automatic lifting roll gap function for specific steel grades, the final statistical method is adopted. In order to increase the reasonable transition material and reduce the risk of broken zone, the steel grade which is prone to break zone is forecasted. The research on the roughness uniformity of the final roller is mainly carried out by using minitab software. All the influencing factors are analyzed, and the factors are scored by FMEA and screened. Then, the design experiment of DOE is carried out to find out the main influencing factors. Using the corresponding surface to find out the reasonable ratio of tapping parameters, the final process parameters are 45 mm / min traverse speed, 17 us. electrification time and 41 us. the qualified rate of roughness of roller with Ra being 3.6um 鹵0. 15 is over 80%.
