【摘要】：正設(shè)計(jì)說明:這是一款型號(hào)為AR-1000的走絲線切割機(jī)。利用連續(xù)移動(dòng)的細(xì)金屬絲(稱為電極絲)作電極,對(duì)工件進(jìn)行脈沖火花放電蝕除金屬、切割成型。在實(shí)際加工過程中需要隨時(shí)觀察到工作臺(tái)情況但手碰工作臺(tái)會(huì)有觸電危險(xiǎn)。我們對(duì)它設(shè)計(jì)了創(chuàng)新的外觀。通過三面可開門將工作臺(tái)包圍,可以隨時(shí)從外面觀察到工作臺(tái)的加工情況,既保證了工作效率又避免了發(fā)生觸電安全事故的問題。
[Abstract]:Design description: this is a model for AR-1000 thread cutting machine. Using continuously moving thin metal wire (called electrode wire) as electrode, the work piece is cut by pulse spark discharge. It is necessary to observe the working table at any time during the actual processing, but there is a danger of electric shock when touching the worktable. We designed an innovative look for it. The processing condition of the worktable can be observed from the outside at any time by means of three sides open door workbench, which not only ensures the working efficiency but also avoids the problem of electric shock safety accident.
