反應(yīng)硼化燒結(jié)WCoB基金屬陶瓷的組織與性能

【摘要】:采用單質(zhì)鎢粉、鈷粉和硼粉結(jié)合反應(yīng)硼化燒結(jié)法制備了WCoB基金屬陶瓷,研究了WCoB基金屬陶瓷在燒結(jié)過(guò)程中的物相轉(zhuǎn)變和尺寸變化,燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)其力學(xué)性能和顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,材料物相逐漸由單質(zhì)相變?yōu)槎鸹锵嗪腿鸹锵?并且材料的尺寸先發(fā)生細(xì)微收縮,再在硼化反應(yīng)過(guò)程中逐漸增加,最后在液相燒結(jié)過(guò)程中逐漸減小;隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,WCoB基金屬陶瓷的抗彎強(qiáng)度和硬度先增加后減小,在1420℃達(dá)到最大,分別為1470 MPa和84.6HRA,顯著提高了WCoB基金屬陶瓷的抗彎強(qiáng)度。
[Abstract]:WCoB based cermets were prepared by the reaction of simple tungsten powder, cobalt powder and boron powder. The phase transition and size change of WCoB based cermet were studied. The effect of sintering temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure of WCoB based cermet was studied. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, the material phase changes from simple phase to binary boride phase and ternary boride phase, and the size of the material shrinks slightly, then increases gradually in the process of boride reaction. The flexural strength and hardness of WCoB-based cermet increased first and then decreased with the increase of sintering temperature, and reached the maximum at 1420 鈩,
