【摘要】：采用光學(xué)顯微鏡及電子背散射衍射(EBSD)技術(shù)研究了薄帶連鑄0.7%Si無取向硅鋼。結(jié)果表明,鑄帶的顯微組織為等軸晶,鑄帶表層主體織構(gòu)為{223}110,s=0.5層主體織構(gòu)為{110}112和{112}132,中心層主體織構(gòu)為{001}100。冷軋板織構(gòu)主要由較強(qiáng)的110//RD和較弱的111//ND織構(gòu)組成。冷軋板經(jīng)900℃退火后再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)主要由{001}100,高斯織構(gòu)和111//ND織構(gòu)組成,新的立方晶粒易于在剪切帶處形核,并在再結(jié)晶開始階段長(zhǎng)大成為退火后的主體織構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:A thin strip continuous casting 0.7%Si non-oriented silicon steel was studied by optical microscope and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique. The results show that the microstructure of the cast strip is equiaxed, the main texture of the surface layer of the strip is {223} 110sm 0.5, the main texture is {110} 112 and {112} 132, and the main texture of the central layer is {001} 100.
