基于無打滑現(xiàn)象鋼球研磨的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析

【摘要】:基于臥式研球機(jī)在研磨時(shí)鋼球與研磨盤之間不發(fā)生打滑現(xiàn)象,建立鋼球的研磨運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,并通過MATLAB軟件求解揭示其運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律。為使鋼球在轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)盤牽引力的作用下不發(fā)生打滑,從垂直溝槽面和沿溝槽面分別對其進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,推導(dǎo)出研磨壓力及研磨盤轉(zhuǎn)速的取值范圍。以研磨盤材料HT300和鋼球材料GCr15為例,給出摩擦因數(shù)和鋼球大小對研磨曲線的影響,并說明溝槽偏置時(shí)α與β的選擇原則,為改善鋼球的表面質(zhì)量提供參考。研究結(jié)果表明:通過增大盤徑來減小跡線間距的差值,進(jìn)而使鋼球表面的跡線分布更加均勻化。
[Abstract]:Based on the fact that the horizontal ball grinder does not slip between the ball and the lapping disk, the motion equation of the ball grinding is established, and the motion law is revealed by MATLAB software. In order to prevent the steel ball from slipping under the action of the traction force of the rotating disc, the dynamic analysis of the ball is carried out from the vertical groove surface and along the groove surface, and the range of the grinding pressure and the rotating speed of the grinding disc is deduced. Taking HT300 and GCr15 as examples, the effects of friction factor and ball size on the grinding curve are given. The selection principle of 偽 and 尾 when groove bias is explained, which provides a reference for improving the surface quality of steel ball. The results show that the difference between the trace lines is reduced by increasing the diameter of the disk, and the distribution of the trace line on the surface of the steel ball is more uniform.
