二次重熔工藝對(duì)ZA92鎂合金半固態(tài)漿料固相顆粒的影響

【摘要】:采用自孕育法制備ZA92鎂合金半固態(tài)坯料,研究了二次重熔溫度和時(shí)間對(duì)ZA92鎂合金半固態(tài)固相顆粒的影響。結(jié)果表明:二次重熔溫度升高和重熔時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),合金的固相率減小,平均晶粒尺寸和平均圓整度呈現(xiàn)先減小后增大的變化趨勢(shì)。當(dāng)在570~580℃保溫30 min或在590℃保溫20 min時(shí),可獲得理想的半固態(tài)漿料固相顆粒,其平均晶粒尺寸、圓整度和固相率分別在83~86μm、1.37~1.59和62.3%~67.8%。晶粒前期以根部熔斷和亞晶界分離機(jī)制進(jìn)行分離,后期晶粒的球化、粗化滿足LSW理論。
[Abstract]:Semisolid billets of ZA92 magnesium alloys were prepared by self-inoculation method. The effects of secondary remelting temperature and time on semi-solid solid particles of ZA92 magnesium alloys were studied. The results show that with the increase of remelting temperature and the prolongation of remelting time, the solid phase ratio of the alloy decreases, and the average grain size and average roundness decrease first and then increase.
