【摘要】：采用光學顯微鏡、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡對新型9wt%Cr耐熱鑄鋼熱處理過程中的微觀組織進行了觀察,揭示了不同回火工藝下鋼中第二相的析出規(guī)律。利用高分辨透射電子顯微分析(HREM)技術(shù)觀察析出相的形貌并解析了其與基體的晶體取向關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The microstructure of the new 9wt%Cr heat-resistant cast steel during heat treatment was observed by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, and the precipitation of the second phase in the steel under different tempering processes was revealed. The morphology of the precipitated phase was observed by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the crystal orientation relationship between the precipitates and the matrix was analyzed.
