考慮自由表面的活性TIG焊熔池溫度場與流場的數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:針對不銹鋼定點(diǎn)活性TIG焊,采用焓-孔隙度法處理液-固相變化,采用流體體積(VOF)方法追蹤熔池自由表面變形,考慮熔池所受電磁力、表面張力和電弧壓力,建立三維非穩(wěn)態(tài)熔池的數(shù)學(xué)模型.通過比較考慮和不考慮自由表面變形時熔池的溫度場和流場,研究自由表面變形對活性TIG焊熔池中的傳熱和流體流動行為的影響.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)考慮熔池自由表面變形時,由于熔池中的對流現(xiàn)象減弱,使得最高溫度增加,熔深變淺,熔寬增加,深寬比減小.考慮自由表面變形時熔池形貌更接近實(shí)際情況.
[Abstract]:In view of the fixed point active TIG welding of stainless steel, the change of liquid-solid phase was treated by enthalpy porosity method, and the free surface deformation of molten pool was tracked by the method of fluid volume. The electromagnetic force, surface tension and arc pressure were taken into account. The mathematical model of three dimensional unsteady molten pool is established. The effect of free surface deformation on the heat transfer and fluid flow behavior in active TIG welding pool was studied by comparing the temperature field and flow field of molten pool with and without considering free surface deformation. The results show that when the free surface deformation of the molten pool is considered, the maximum temperature increases, the penetration depth becomes shallow, the melting width increases and the aspect ratio decreases due to the decrease of convection in the molten pool. Considering the deformation of free surface, the shape of molten pool is closer to the actual situation.
