水基潤滑劑在溫擠成形中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:溫擠成形工藝在生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛,雖然通過對模具材料的熱處理和表面處理技術(shù),提高了模具自身性能,但由于模具長時間處于高溫、高壓狀態(tài),使得模具容易產(chǎn)生磨損和回火現(xiàn)象,嚴重影響模具的使用壽命。為了解決這個問題,具體分析了幾種常用潤滑材料的物理特性和潤滑性能,針對不同類型潤滑劑在不同環(huán)境條件下的潤滑效果和冷卻效果進行了對比研究,得到了水基潤滑劑的適用溫度范圍。其中,水基石墨潤滑劑在300~800℃擠壓溫度范圍內(nèi),潤滑性能可靠,可以使模具表面冷卻,實現(xiàn)延長模具的使用壽命的設(shè)計構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:Warm extrusion forming technology is widely used in production. Although the heat treatment and surface treatment technology of die materials can improve the properties of die, but the mould is in high temperature and high pressure for a long time. The die is easy to wear and temper, which seriously affects the service life of the die. In order to solve this problem, the physical properties and lubricating properties of several commonly used lubricating materials are analyzed, and the lubricating effects and cooling effects of different types of lubricants under different environmental conditions are compared and studied.
