免裝配柔性夾鉗的變密度法結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目前柔性夾鉗的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)大多為中間驅(qū)動(dòng)的單載荷輸入形式,而實(shí)際應(yīng)用中對(duì)夾鉗的使用則更需要兩端載荷輸入的形式。建立了基于變密度法的柔性夾鉗的數(shù)學(xué)模型,采用變密度法對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)區(qū)域進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化,根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)法將拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行了重構(gòu),并對(duì)優(yōu)化過程中的重要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,說明了單元格的種類、數(shù)量以及體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的重要性。設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型的兩端夾持力輸入的免裝配柔性夾鉗,并對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果的有效性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新的免裝配產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)思路
[Abstract]:At present, the structural design of flexible clamp is mostly in the form of single load input with intermediate drive, but in practical application, the form of load input at both ends is more necessary for the use of clamp.The mathematical model of flexible clamp based on variable density method is established. The structural topology of the design area is optimized by variable density method. The results of topology optimization are reconstructed according to the empirical method, and the important parameters in the optimization process are analyzed.The importance of cell type, quantity and volume fraction to topology optimization is explained.A new type of assembly free flexible clamp with input of clamping force at both ends is designed, and the validity of the design result is verified. On the basis of this, a new design idea of assembly free product is put forward.
